Precitronic manufactures customized “Bed-of-Nails” ICT Test Fixtures. We offer complete finishing of in-circuit test fixtures, including high-speed drilling, precision tooling of G10/FR4 Epoxy Glass Plates, with the Bushing (tooling pins) to make sure that all plates in our ICT fixtures are perfectly aligned up to each other. Precitronic SARL uses extremely high-RPM drilling machines, which go up to 200.000 RPM, in order to secure the quality of tiny drilled holes. Our center-to-center drilling accuracy is 0.005 mm (micron), for perfect tooling of the probe plate together with the alignment plate, also called the “moving” plate.
