High-Current Battery Testing & Integration

Our solutions can operate offline, managed by operators or robotic arms, as well as inline, fully integrated into one of the in-line handlers suitable for the specific application. We develop testing solutions for complete battery packs (Battery Modules), individual cells, or multiple battery module boxes. Our test fixtures are designed for EV battery testing, as well as cell and battery module-level testing. With our inline handler integrations, we meet the demands of high-speed test cycles necessary for high-volume production.
Battery Pack Test Fixtures: Customized for particular high-voltage battery packs, equipped with robust terminals for high-current applications (e.g., up to 1000 Amps). These battery pack test fixtures are tailored to specific voltage, capacity, size, and application requirements, ensuring accurate performance, safety, and environmental validation. These bespoke solutions facilitate R&D and production for integration into climatic chambers for temperature and humidity simulation.
