Display Reading
Optimize your quality control with stable test environments designed for precise display reading. From detecting dead pixels to validating RGB consistency, Precitronic delivers the integrated hardware needed for reliable, high-volume automated testing.
What is a Display Reading?
Displaying data from test fixtures is a common requirement in both hardware (electronics) testing and software automation to ensure that components, such as displays or user interfaces, are functioning correctly and displaying expected content. Electronics/Hardware Testing (Manual / Mechanical Test Fixtures)
In manufacturing of electronics, a test fixture (like a "bed of nails" tester) holds a Device Under Test (DUT) and uses probes to connect to test points on a circuit board.
High-Accuracy Visual and Electrical Display Diagnostics
Reading Displays
The system measures physical parameters like voltage, current, or resistance.
Verification
The fixture confirms that components, such as a screen, are receiving the correct signals and operating properly before assembly.
Result Handling
If a display component fails (e.g., a dead pixel), the fixture allows technicians to isolate and debug the issue.
