Precitronic provides a wide range of customized test fixtures utilizing diverse mechanical base solutions. Our expertise covers In-Circuit (ICT), Functional (FCT), and Combinational (Combi) testing, serving electronics manufacturers and FCT integrators worldwide.

ATE & Handler Compatibility

We design and manufacture fixtures compatible with all major industry platforms:

ATE Systems: Keysight (Agilent/HP), Teradyne (GenRad), Aeroflex, TRI, Checksum, Digitaltest, SPEA, and SEICA.
Test Handlers: IPTE, 6TL, ASYS, CRS, Equip-Test, Controlar, and EIIT.

Fixture Architecture: Static vs. Exchangeable

We offer both vacuum and non-vacuum solutions, as well as manual (mechanical) fixtures with top-contacting units (overclamps). Depending on your production needs, you can choose between two main architectures:

Non-Exchangeable Units: A fully integrated, project-specific fixture where the customization is built directly into the base unit. Ideal for dedicated, long-term production lines.
Exchangeable Units: A modular solution where the top and bottom units are replaceable. This allows customers to reuse the base fixture and mass interface, only investing in new exchangeable kits for different PCB projects. This significantly reduces costs and changeover time.
HPS Series: A budget-friendly mechanical series designed for low test-point coverage (50 to 250 TP), available with ESD-impregnated or insulated G10/FR4 plates.

Mass Interconnect & Interface Systems

To ensure secure and rapid electrical connections, Precitronic provides a full line of Pylon Interface Blocks:

Interface Panels: Specialized blocks designed for GenRad 227X & 228X, Teradyne 8X0, and other high-end ATE systems.
RF & Power Blocks: Coax and high-power interface systems for 19" rack receivers or integrated into the rear of mechanical fixture kits.
ITA & Receiver Systems: Professional mass interconnect solutions designed for high-cycle attachment and detachment, supporting up to 3,000 test points.
Personality Pins: We offer both OEM Keysight 3070 personality pins and high-performance, cost-competitive alternatives.

Mechanical Hardware & Inline Automation

Overclamps & Clamshells: Precision top-contacting units that allow for high-pressure engagement of the PCB against the probe field.
Board Handler (Inline) Fixtures: Custom-made for automated production lines. These fixtures are electrically or pneumatically driven to ensure seamless integration with offline or inline handler machines.
